1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ShowBeam (tryshowbeam.com). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and content generation services.

By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. The Services

ShowBeam provides an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and visibility auditing platform. Our services include:

  • Real-time and scheduled AI Visibility Score reports across search bots.
  • Automated SEO & AEO article writer engines matching your Brand Voice.
  • Backlink acquisition suggestions and link building credits.
  • CMS plugins or webhooks to auto-publish content to your website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the services at any time without notice.

3. Trial and Billing Policies

Please review our billing structures carefully to ensure transparency:

  • 3-Day Trial: We offer a 3-day trial of our Business Plan for a non-refundable payment of $3 USD.
  • Automatic Renewal: Upon the expiration of the 3-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a full recurring paid subscription based on the plan selected:
    • Monthly Billing: Charged $99 USD every month.
    • Yearly Billing: Charged $990 USD every 12 months.
  • Payment & Taxes: All fees are billed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable local taxes or processing charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription or trial at any time directly through the Billing tab in your dashboard settings, or by emailing hello@tryshowbeam.com.

  • To avoid being charged for a full subscription, you must cancel before the end of the 3-day trial.
  • No partial refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made mid-billing cycle; your access will continue until the end of the current paid term.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial upgrade.

5. Content & Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership rights are distributed as follows:

  • Your Content: You retain full ownership, copyright, and publication rights to any articles, text, or images generated by ShowBeam for your website. We make no claim to your published materials.
  • ShowBeam Assets: ShowBeam owns all coding, dashboard interfaces, database logic, layouts, designs, trademarks, and AI model coordination algorithms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our code.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShowBeam provides visibility scores and content based on third-party LLM behaviors (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity). Because LLM algorithms and indexes change dynamically, we cannot guarantee specific ranking increases, citation percentages, or traffic volumes.

In no event shall ShowBeam, its officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including lost traffic, index penalties, or software downtime.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
